Needs some improvement - but not bad overall
A reasonable phone overall.

It has a nice clear display and the menu options are easy to navigate around. The screen has plenty of space to display phone book entries, unlike our old Binatone phone where it could only hold names up to 8 characters. I also like the feature where, once you’ve entered all the contacts into the address book, you can automatically copy them to the other handset. This saves you time having to enter the phone contacts onto each phone separately.

There is a good selection of polyphonic ring tones although most of them are pretty poor in sound quality compared to what you can get on a mobile phone.

The reception seems fine and voice quality is on a par with our old phone.

The only negative point so far is that when the handset is resting on the charging cradle the screen is permanently lit up. It does not auto-dim or enter a screen saver mode like some mobile phones do. If you have one of these phones in your bedroom this can be a pain as it lights up the room at night. You’d be surprised how much light these phone produce in the dark! There is an option to adjust the screen contrast in the settings but it is not enough. I would imagine it consumes more power too this way.

You can leave the phone off the charging cradle to get round this problem but it defeats the purpose of allowing the phone to remain fully charged overnight. I don’t want to mess around having to take the phone off the cradle every night. If anyone knows a fix for this let me know.

Great little potty training system !
I ordered this potty for my son after being disappointed by another one I had purchased (from another maker) and which always produced spills since the tray was constantly falling out. This product looks very sturdy, comfortable for the child to sit on and, I’m not sure if they have improved it since other reviews on this page, but the tray secures very well on it.

Now, I will admit that my son hasn’t used it yet. We believe he was intimidated a little by the light sensor and even though I took the batteries out (would have preferred if it had an on/off switch) he still points at it, says nice potty but refuses to sit on it.

Why did I give it five stars you will ask? Because the fact that my son was intimidated by it does not mean that other children will too. It is a very nice product. Better than anything I have ever seen here in Greece and believe me we searched a lot.

So if you feel that your child may have the same problem as my son don’t let that stop you from buying this cute and sturdy little potty/ chair as we call it. Just avoid putting the batteries in when you first introduce it to your child until he or she has adjusted to using it.

Brilliant - exceeded my expectations
Have just bought this for our 10 month old and I think it’s fab - the lullabies are lovely and having the ability to play them, turn the light on or talk back to baby via the parent unit is so useful. The lights on the top are great for catching your eye and it’s really good to know the temperature both in the nursery and on parent unit. I have taken the parent unit out into the garden and it works really well there too. I considered lots of different monitors before buying this one and am really pleased with my choice!

Worked excellent…for a day.
I waited for months to buy a Chi and finally decided to buy from Amazon because of how low their price was compared to all the other sites. My Chi was excellent (by far the best hair straightner I have tried) but unfortunately, the second time I went to use it, it would not turn on. I ended up sending it back to Amazon and was issued a refund because the supplier was out of stock and they couldn’t guarantee when it could be fulfilled. If you decide to buy one, don’t be alarmed if it stops working.

Broken or imposter CHI
I was very excited to recieve my CHI straightner which I had heard so much about. When I recieved it promptly in the mail, I plugged it in and it would not turn on. Also the red bulb for the on indicator light was missing. So I never got to try it. When I returned it, I was told that the seller did not have a replacement. The item was a bit flimsy and I am wondering if it might have been an imposter. I am sorry I didn’t get to try a “CHI”

Pleased with the purchase
I am pleased with the Waterpik. I like its compact size and doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. This is my first Waterpik so cannot compare it to others, but for one or two people’s use, it seems to work well.

I find flossing to take too much time, and this water jet is a great time saver to help keep my gums healthy. One drawback is that food tends to stick on my teeth easier when eating since using the waterpik.
Another note, the handle started leaking little by little and finally became unusable after 6 months of use. I went on the waterpik site and contacted customer service. My replacement part was promptly processed, and I received it in about two weeks, no problem.
